LUG@GT Linux InstallFest Tux!

The Linux Users Group at Georgia Tech is proud to host its 3rd Linux InstallFest!

When:  Saturday, February 5th, 2000. 10AM to 4PM.
Where:  College of Computing commons picnic tables (inside)

Y2K has come and gone, and you're wondering where all the apocalyptic terror and good parties were. We can't help you there, but we can help you install Linux, an operating system that was always Y2K compliant. Bring just your computer case to the College of Computing this Saturday, February 5th, and we'll install any flavor of Linux you want. We'll install Linux on your own terms, and we won't destroy your old operating system if you want to keep it.

Don't know what the heck Linux is, or how many flavors it comes in? Never experienced another operating system? Don't worry, drop by anyway. If you are at all curious to see what all the Linux hoopla is about, we'll be happy to explain and demonstrate all this silly computer stuff. That's what we're here for -- Tech students helping Tech students learn more about Linux. To get in touch with us, send E-Mail to: lugatgt@gatech.edu
Look for our flyers posted around the residence halls. See you there!
